Policies and Protection Plans

We have created a straight forward protection plan that is included with every purchase to make sure you are completely happy with your order from STOIC Rings!  When you buy any of our glow rings, you also have the option to purchase a Premium Protection Plan for a low price of $39.99, which covers even more than our standard plan.  The table at the bottom of this page provides an easy side-by-side comparison of our two protection plans.

Size Exchanges

If your ring doesn’t fit you quite right, let us know within 30 days. With the Premium Protection Plan, the first size exchange is free. Any additional size exchanges will cost the same as with the regular protection plan – 30% of the purchase price*. To be eligible for size exchanges, the original ring must be returned.

Exchange Process

If you need to exchange your ring, send an email to support@stoicrings.com. Once authorized, we will send you a return shipping label and a return form. Return the ring in a padded envelope and include the return form in the envelope. Once we receive the ring, we will ship the replacement. For custom rings, there will be additional time needed to custom make the replacement before we can ship it. We will give you the details on your specific ring when you first email us about the exchange.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your ring, so we accept returns for any reason within 90 days. As long as the ring is not damaged, just send it back to us and we’ll refund your original payment, minus a small restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price* with the Premium Protection Plan (or 30% of the original purchase price* with the standard plan). If you would like an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, no restocking fee applies.

After 90 days or if the ring has been damaged, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. But reach out to our team at support@stoicrings.com and we’ll see how we can help with ordering a replacement! 

Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, let us know as soon as possible. With the Premium Protection Plan, any order can be cancelled for a full refund (minus the cost of the protection plan) if cancelled before the order ships. With the standard protection plan, there is one exception. If your ring is priced higher than $300 and we’ve already started making it, a 30% restocking fee will apply. If you would like an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, no restocking fee applies. If your ring has already shipped, please refer to the Returns and Refunds policy.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Rings

With the Premium Protection Plan, you’re covered even if the ring is lost, stolen, or accidentally damaged! Just cover the cost of the deductible (30% of the purchase price*) and we’ll send you a new ring! Note – the replacement ring will be the same ring and size as the original. The standard Protection Plan does not cover lost, damaged, or stolen rings.

Lifetime Warranty and Guarantee

We use high quality materials in all of our products and we stand behind our craftsmanship. If there’s a problem with your ring because of a manufacturing defect, then we will send you the same ring at no cost. The original ring must be returned before the replacement is sent.

Refurbishment

If you ever need your ring refurbished, whether just to make it sparkly again or to fix a damaged inlay, send it back to us and we’ll refinish it and get it looking as close to new as possible. This includes re-etching of Damascus steel rings. The cost is $20 with the Premium Protection Plan, or $40 with the standard plan.

Production Time

Most of our rings are made to order. The expected production time is listed on the product page for each ring. Depending on the type of ring, it can take a few days or a few weeks. If you need the ring sooner, we do offer expedited production for $50.

Engraving

We offer engraving on most rings for $50. We are unable to engrave certain materials, so engraving won’t be shown as an option for those rings. Rings that have been engraved have the same coverage as all other rings if you purchased the Premium Protection Plan. With the standard plan, there is a fee of 50% of the original price* for returns or exchanges for any reason except manufacturing defects.

Shipping

Most of our domestic shipments are through USPS. Standard shipping averages 3-5 business days depending on your location. Priority Mail (1-3 days) is available as an upgrade option during checkout.  If you paid for expedited production, Priority Mail shipping is included as part of the expedited fee.
