**All of these terms are accepted on the checkout page of the website when someone purchases. Every order therefore accepts these terms as they are on the checkout page


Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your you receive the product(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There is a $20 restocking fee for each item that is returned.

No custom orders can be refunded, however they may be exchanged for different sizes.

Giveaway winners will not be eligible for exchanges or resizing

If you receive your order in the wrong size, we will allow for an exchange for a different size.

STOIC Forge is not responsible for return labels. We will gladly ship out exchanges at our cost.

Refunds will be issued upon receiving the ring back in stock in original condition.

Special requests such as engravings are not refundable. Should a customer request an exchange, there will be a $50 engraving fee assessed. Upsell items such as ring inlay options (Dinosaur bone, extra meteorite, etc) as well as insert options (Silver lining, gold, etc) unless part of the standard ring are also not refundable.

STOIC will not be responsible should an item gets lost in the main for a return. It is the customers responsibility to purchase insurance or take advantage of Certified Mail via USPS for the return at their own expense.

STOIC currently does not accept returns for items of great discount, including items over 30% off. If you purchase an item for 25% off and it is within the 10 day window, we will gladly issue a refund upon receipt of the product.
